Role Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and perform case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
- Provide guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for simpler cases.
- Recognize cases that need escalation and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Address basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as necessary.

Required Skills:
- Strong ability to establish rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, and take comprehensive notes during conversations.
- Effective time management skills to handle calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in case management.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in call center operations, particularly in intake processes.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.

Expectations:
- Intake information from a phone queue for 6-8 hours daily.
- Complete intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
- Set up cases in the case management system.
- Provide basic information and refer managers to the appropriate Employee Relations tools or resources as needed.
- Aim for approximately 15 minutes per intake.
