Xometry is a leading digital marketplace that connects manufacturers with buyers at Fortune 1000 companies. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Account Executive team in converting first-time inbound customers and managing an existing book of business.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business plans, meeting and exceeding planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. They will also oversee the activities and performance of their sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing training and development.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing team, overseeing sales pipeline management, coordinating sales and operations, monitoring and motivating team members, CRM management, supervising and developing team members, and reporting to senior management on sales metrics and opportunities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience, and 3+ years of experience managing and directing a sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a dedication to providing great customer service, and the ability to train, develop, and grow a sales team to success.
