Sales Counselor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Counselor to join our team at Richmond Place Senior Living. As a Sales Counselor, you will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to generate inquiries, handle prospects, and conduct tours to achieve budgeted census goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in generating inquiries and handling prospects.
- Conduct tours and enter data into the lead management system.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and implement lead-generation activities.
- Handle inquiries to the community via phone or drop-in.
- Follow the ExSell with LCS sales process and utilize ExSell Connection Sheets.
- Effectively overcome objections and ask for the sale.
- Complete paperwork and data entry into the lead management system on a daily basis.
- Actively participate in generating resident and prospect referrals.
- Actively participate in any community outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred).
- Two years' experience in marketing/sales.
- One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field.
