Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Reporting: Build and maintain the financial planning and reporting models within Pigment, our financial planning software.
- Finance Business Partner: Serve as a finance business partner to department leads, supporting them in strategic and financial planning discussions, including forecast and budget.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze trends, results, and forecast to actual variances and communicate insights to leadership, including identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure accuracy of financials and integration of data into Pigment.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to support the growth of the business and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Documentation: Assist with the documentation of policies and procedures within the department as well as new corporate policies/procedures.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in finance and/or accounting.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles (strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development).
- Skills: Strong financial modeling skills and experience with tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, and Tableau. Experience with NetSuite required.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal business partners and department leads. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is not phased by ambiguity.
