Job Summary:

The Vice President, Cruelty Recovery Center will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the development and implementation of programs and services to support the recovery and rehabilitation of animals affected by cruelty and neglect. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of programs and services to support the recovery and rehabilitation of animals affected by cruelty and neglect.
  • Oversee the management of a large team, including direct reports and indirect reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in animal welfare or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and developing and implementing programs and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
