The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on multi-family housing and apartment complexes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on appliances, fixtures, and equipment
  • Assisting in custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
  • Participating in grounds work, including trash removal, lawn care, and snow shoveling
  • Responding to service requests from residents and management staff
  • Maintaining accurate records of work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
* Familiarity with multi-family housing and apartment complexes
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
* Physical stamina to continuously stand or walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and perform manual labor
