Job Overview:
The Grubb Properties is seeking a highly skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, ensuring the quality and efficiency of work orders, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
  • Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
  • Operate and maintain the pool and pool area, including chemical levels and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete all work orders within a 24-hour time frame.

Requirements:
  • Two to five years' experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
  • HVAC certification and Certified Pool Operator license required.
  • Pleasing personality and ability to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of residents.
  • Good mechanical skills and organizational abilities.
