Job Overview

This is an on-site opportunity requiring the employee to work 5 days per week. As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for completing assigned tasks, inspecting the building, grounds, and equipment, and handling necessary repairs and maintenance.

You will work with building management to complete assigned tasks, including painting, general labor, and grounds and maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining shop and ordering supplies, completing daily building inspections, and performing in-unit minor repairs such as plumbing, caulking, and some electrical work.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance
  • A valid DC, MD, or VA driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of standard maintenance practices and procedures
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
