Position Overview


Parker Jewish Institute Comprehensive Community Hospice is in search of committed and empathetic Full-Time LPN-Hospice Nurses to provide exceptional end-of-life care. Required Qualifications

  • Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in home care, hospice, or a similar role
  • Prior community LPN experience in hospice or home care is advantageous but not mandatory; training and mentorship will be provided
  • Familiarity with care coordination is a plus
  • Proficient in using technology and electronic medical records in the field
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct home visits
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 is required
