Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to high-volume clinician and patient billing-related inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

* Develop a deep understanding of Labcorp's processes and policies to provide informed responses.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

* Provide exceptional customer service experiences through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 1+ year of customer service experience required.

* Previous healthcare/call center experience preferred.

* RCM experience a plus.

* Ability to work remotely and maintain a structured work environment.

* Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce.

* Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
