Position Overview:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to enhance the Real Estate Valuation Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate complex and intricate scenarios requiring a deep understanding of both domain and technological applications, influencing enterprise-wide technology strategies.
  • Serve as a bridge between client needs and technical teams by planning, executing, and finalizing analyses of intricate business challenges that can be addressed through automated solutions.
  • Champion change initiatives to enhance processes and procedures, driving cost efficiency, procedural improvements, and compliance.
  • Play a vital role in delivering strategic business solutions for company-wide technology projects.
  • Assess complex business challenges and provide expert knowledge for technology projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify inquiries, evaluate user requirements, and suggest modifications to processes and automated systems.
  • Conduct impact assessments and consider the broader implications of proposed changes.
  • Develop problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/scripts, and various project documentation.
  • Lead project documentation efforts and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding production issues and system improvements.
  • Implement AGILE methodologies to ensure swift delivery of automated solutions in collaboration with third-party service providers and Wells Fargo Technology.
  • Support SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) documentation in accordance with Wells Fargo Policies and Guidelines.
  • Assist in the Change Control and prioritization processes for primary applications utilized by the Real Estate Valuation Services teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between business and technology teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Location: Various locations available.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Design, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a product owner.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, or CSP-OP.
  • Background in the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience with change management and data/reporting tools like Tableau, SQL, JIRA, and/or ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
  • Proven track record in evaluating, developing, and refining processes.
  • Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in a complex, matrixed data environment.
  • Ability to validate work effectively.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adept at working in a virtual environment with team members across various time zones.
  • Facilitation skills to guide decision-making and broker agreements among diverse perspectives.
Job Expectations:
  • In-office presence required three days a week.
