Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team as the Founding Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including event management, catering, and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
