Alice, our AI Sales Development Rep, pioneered the digital workers category and has generated millions in revenue in under a year, earning the trust of hundreds of companies, including Brex, Otter AI, and Hasura.

Why Now?

Our rapid growth is our biggest challenge. Our sales team's calendars are fully booked two months in advance due to inbound traffic, and our growth continues to accelerate exponentially.

We're hiring Founding Account Executives to be the backbone of our expanding sales team and help us keep pace with our scaling operations.

What We're Looking For

We seek relentless hunters and unstoppable sales closers with a proven history of exceeding quotas and smashing targets. Our value proposition aligns incentives with our customers, and you will drive this home in the sales process with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.

As an essential early team member, you will not only contribute but also build the sales engine and shape the dynamic sales strategy that fuels our explosive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and screen potential customers, managing a high volume of sales cycles simultaneously, from prospecting and discovery to demo and closing.
  2. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with unwavering intensity, ensuring a continuous flow of highly qualified leads and opportunities.
  3. Rapidly identify key stakeholders within client organizations, creating a coalition to champion 11x's solutions and effectively address their critical pain points.
  4. Articulate the unique value proposition of 11x's current and expanding product range, aligning powerful solutions with customer needs and future challenges.
  5. Address customer pain points, delivering innovative solutions that drive significant business growth and value.
  6. Forge strong alliances with cross-functional teams, including customer success and product, to ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience.
Requirements

4+ years of direct B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close.

Successfully closing 20+ deals per quarter, averaging $30k in ACV.

Skilled in presenting value propositions to mid-market C-level executives and decision-makers.

Strong consultative sales approach with analytical and quantitative skills.

Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, e.g., Presidents Club, MVP of the year, or top 10% in your sales org.

Highly adaptable to changes in a startup environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus: Entrepreneurial experience, whether as a founder or through side projects. Experience building and developing sales operations and/or customer success. Selling into GTM teams and leaders, e.g., CRO, VP Sales, and Sales Ops.
