Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide first and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  2. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates on issue status and resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all reported incidents and technical issues.
  5. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Cisco Jabber.
  6. Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of Mac operating systems.
  7. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  8. Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
  9. Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
  10. Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
  11. Develop a broad understanding of IT concepts, including networks, servers, audio/visual, smart devices, and telecoms.
  12. Work collaboratively with the Service Desk to provide end-user support and resolve technical issues.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of Windows desktop/end-user technologies, collaboration tools, and mobile technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced project-based environment.
