Key Responsibilities

As an IV-Infusion Instructor, your duties will include:

  • Delivering lectures on designated topics using the institution's curriculum materials.
  • Conducting academic and practical assessments in line with the course outline.
  • Facilitating hands-on skills laboratories, including demonstrations and providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Maintaining precise student documentation, including attendance records, progress notes, and grade reporting.
  • Completing necessary tasks prior to class sessions, such as processing student payments and collecting required documentation.
  • Adhering to institutional and state regulations concerning educational practices.
  • Following the curriculum established by the Ohio School of Phlebotomy and sanctioned by the relevant state authorities.

Basic Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an IV-Infusion Technician or in a comparable advanced role (such as PCA, EMT, Physician's Assistant, LPN, etc.)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior teaching experience is not mandatory
  • Authorization to work in the United States
