The Training Coordinator role is pivotal in our Wine & Spirits division, collaborating with Training Within Industry, Inc (TWI) and Dozuki to enhance our operational training frameworks. This position offers exciting prospects within a growing enterprise. The Training Coordinator will oversee all onboarding training for designated areas within the facility, dedicating at least 80% of their time to training activities: 10% in a classroom setting and 90% through on-the-job training (OJT). Each coordinator will be tasked with training a minimum of thirty new employees annually, in addition to cross-training existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing top-tier operators
  • Deliver training for all trainers in the assigned area utilizing TWI Job Instruction (JI) techniques, achieving and maintaining JI certification with a focus on skill mastery

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in training within a manufacturing or similar environment, with a preference for printing industry experience
  • Demonstrated patience, clear communication, and approachability
  • Passion for facilitating others' learning, growth, and career advancement
  • Experience in developing comprehensive training programs
  • Self-motivated individual focused on achieving results
  • Formal training education/certification, preferably from TWI Institute, is advantageous
  • Intermediate math skills are highly desirable
  • Experience with online training systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred

Additional Considerations:

  • Work conditions may involve standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, as well as walking and interacting with employees on the floor
  • Travel requirements are estimated at 0-10%, including potential visits to other facilities for training events
