A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER
As a Member Service Representative/Teller, you will warmly welcome both current and prospective members, taking the time to understand their needs. You will create a positive first impression and build lasting relationships with our members. Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills, you will assist in resolving inquiries and provide detailed information about our credit union and the banking services available. Additionally, you will direct calls to the appropriate team members to ensure our members receive the best assistance possible.
Your contribution to our success is significant, as you treat our members with the respect and attention they deserve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Friendly and helpful attitude
While customer service experience and prior banking or credit union experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Are you detail-oriented? Do you possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills? Are you eager to learn and develop within the banking industry? If so, you may be an ideal candidate for this entry-level role.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position operates from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating half-day Saturdays.
