Job Description

The Cardiopulmonary Sales Strategist Leader role is designed for an experienced sales professional who excels in the pharmaceutical industry. This position requires a strong understanding of the Cardiology and Rare Disease spaces, as well as the ability to develop and maintain long-standing business relationships with key customers. As a Sales Strategist Leader, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth within defined customer segmentation and territories. Your primary focus will be on creating territory sales plans, gaining account formulary acceptance, and staying up-to-date with administrative tasks and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers;
  • Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Stay current on product and clinical information to provide consultative services to customers;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to compliance regulations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a strong background in promoting products in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area, and proven experience driving sales within defined customer segmentation and territories. You'll also need excellent consultative selling skills, customer service behaviors, and written and oral communication skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, as well as the ability to travel as necessary. Benefits

Location

This role is based in the US, with a primary location in the Miami, FL area. You'll be responsible for covering the Miami, FL territory and maintaining a residence in the area or within a reasonable commuting distance.

The estimated salary for this role is $154,646, based on industry standards and the requirements of the position.
