About the Role

The Executive Director, Digital Media Strategy will be a critical member of the Beauty Co-Lab leadership team, responsible for driving the company's digital media strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital media strategies across all Beauty Co-Lab business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the digital media space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and vendors to stay ahead of the curve in terms of digital media trends and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media technologies and platforms, and make recommendations for their adoption and integration into Beauty Co-Lab's digital media strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in digital media strategy and operations, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
