Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales team performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
