**Leadership Associate Program**

The Leadership Associate Program is a two-year development experience designed for high-potential, early-career talent to build the skills and expertise necessary to become future commercial leaders at Visa. Participants will engage in four six-month rotational assignments, exploring four core competencies: Working with Clients, Product Development, Financial and Data Acumen, and Strategic Thinking.

**Rotational Assignments**

  • Participants will experience four distinct rotational assignments, each lasting six months, across various functions, including Crypto product, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Social Impact, Innovation, Data Science, and more.
  • These rotations will provide opportunities to develop a global mindset, build a network, and acquire new skills, setting the stage for a successful career as a future commercial leader at Visa.

**Training and Development**

  • Every six months, participants will participate in a full week of classroom-based training with their cohort, focusing on leadership principles, practical skills, and industry knowledge.
  • They will also have the opportunity to hear from Visa leaders, subject matter experts, and program alumni, further enriching their understanding of the payment industry.
  • A mentor will be assigned to each participant, providing guidance, support, and career advice throughout the program.

**Qualifications**

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating by January 2025.
    • Must be available to start working in August/September 2025.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • All majors are welcome to apply.
    • Strong communication skills, including clear and concise written and spoken communication.
    • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on.
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
    • Highly driven, resourceful, and results-oriented.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.

**Benefits and Requirements**

  • Estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $83,000, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
  • Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
  • This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
  • Visa has a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
  • Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.
  • Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring employees to work from the office 2-3 set days a week and travel 5-10% of the time.
