Hajoca Corporation is a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Sales and Leadership Development Program.
Program OverviewOur Sales and Leadership Development Program is a multi-year program designed to develop the skills and knowledge of our trainees. The program includes four phases, each focusing on a different aspect of our business:
- Phase 1: Operations - Learn the fundamentals of our business, including receiving, shipping, and vendor product knowledge.
- Phase 2: Counter Sales - Develop skills in counter sales, including working with residential, commercial, and repair/remodel contractors.
- Phase 3: Inside Sales - Learn about pricing and margin management, bids, quotes, and submittals, and product procurement.
- Phase 4: Career Development - Work on a project of your choice and participate in career discussions with your manager.
To be considered for this program, you must possess:
- A 4-year college degree
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
- Ability to communicate in English (orally and written) in both group and one-on-one situations
- Ability to quickly adapt and react to changes within the work environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
