KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review approach to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment that meets customer needs and effectively promotes relevant products.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Mandatory: Property and Casualty License
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in customer service management
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
This position is associated with a State Farm independent contractor agent. Employees must successfully complete any required licensing and training programs. State Farm agents operate as independent contractors who hire their own staff, and their employees are not considered employees of State Farm.
