Overview

Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Distribution Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our distribution channel in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth and Development
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow the indirect sales channel and OEM sales in the West Coast region.
    • Identify and evaluate new distributors to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
  • Channel Management
    • Manage and support existing distributors to ensure they are meeting sales objectives and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve distributor performance and increase sales.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide sales support and training to distributors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Ruhrpumpen products effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
