Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to join our team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales, preferably in a specialty product sales force.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
  • Documented successful sales performance and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends.
  • Experience in product launches and working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions).
