About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Demand Generation Strategist to join our team at Exec. As a key member of our marketing engine, you will be responsible for building and scaling our B2B demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging your expertise in AI-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lead capture, scoring, and nurturing processes that drive pipeline growth.
  • Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience, showcasing your creativity and ability to craft engaging narratives.
  • Establish and optimize lead qualification processes in partnership with sales, ensuring seamless handoffs and maximum conversion rates.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key industry partners and events to amplify our brand presence and thought leadership.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI, demonstrating your analytical prowess and data-driven approach.
  • Plan and execute ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, harnessing your expertise in account-based marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven companies.
  • A proven track record of hitting MQL and pipeline contribution targets, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification processes.
  • Experience building and executing ABM campaigns, showcasing your expertise in account-based marketing.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills, able to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales teams, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
