We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Strategist to join our team at Obviously AI. As a leader in the AI industry, we are committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and sales management, with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in business. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

About You

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Hiring key sales roles and building a high-performing sales organization.
  • Optimizing sales operations and improving efficiency through process improvements and technology implementations.
  • Benchmarking performance against industry standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a proven track record of success in growing sales teams within startup environments. They will also have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in business.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care plan, paid time off, work equipment, stock option plan, training & development, and hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a proven track record of success in growing sales teams within startup environments.
