We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts and propel revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and establish key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and driving accountability.
- Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, showcasing expertise in cloud-native security and ability to discuss product details with technical stakeholders.
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure aligned sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and processes.
- 8+ years of experience in related roles, with a proven track record of success in startup environments.
- Experience in sales leadership roles, focusing on enterprise SaaS B2B and cybersecurity, especially cloud, Kubernetes, or AI.
- History of scaling sales teams in high-growth environments, emphasizing key customer relationship growth.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
- An estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and location.
