Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be primarily accountable for the successful execution of individual projects, ensuring that all cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage modifications to the primary contract.
  • Coordinate project resources effectively.
  • Oversee site safety protocols.
  • Ensure high-quality design and construction standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, and financial teams to monitor project performance.
  • Address project financial matters and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Pharmaceutical and Clean Room projects.
  • Proven track record in managing mechanical scopes within commercial projects.
  • Expertise in budget formulation and schedule management.
  • Knowledge of prime contract change management.
  • Ability to prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficient in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Environment
