This position is a Contract role.
- Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Onsite
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of specialized tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, painting, and HVAC.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, manage unscheduled repairs, and provide project support. Maintain detailed records and logs for compliance verification.
- Identify and rectify system malfunctions efficiently.
- Support building automation and security systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, or three (3) years in construction.
- Possession of a New Jersey Black Seal Low-Pressure License and a valid driver's license is required.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazards associated with building maintenance trades.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; energetic and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school diploma preferred. Certification in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or completion of a related apprenticeship program is desirable.

Compensation Details: $30.00 per hour
