As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in growing our book of business and selling employee benefits products to clients. You'll work closely with clients, account managers, and underwriters to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow book of business through new business sales and client relationships
  • Provide accurate quotes and maintain prospect logs
  • Retain and service existing accounts
  • Attend continuing education courses to maintain position knowledge and licensing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of employee benefits sales experience
  • Strong sales aptitude and disciplined, well-organized approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
