About the Role

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Personal Insurance division. As a trusted partner and advisor to our clients, you will understand their lifestyle concerns and insurance needs, providing tailored personal risk management solutions to meet their unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various personal lines referral networks, including wealth advisors, banks, financial institutions, law firms, accountants, and other referral networks.
  • Evaluate and Implement personal insurance cross-sell opportunities within the local office and across the PayneWest organization.
  • Organize and Execute a multi-faceted sales plan to effectively engage with prospects and drive sales growth.
  • Participate in our collaborative development and training program to become an expert in identifying and minimizing clients' risk.
  • Drive Sales Results: Leverage your business acumen and training to increase revenue to the firm and build your book of business.
  • Partner with our Client Relations team to ensure seamless communication and service to our clients.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. You will also be eligible for commission of 40% of new sales revenue, annual profit sharing, and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings, and other wellbeing programs.
