About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for driving growth and client retention through strategic account planning and execution. This role requires a consultative approach, working closely with C-level executives to develop and implement effective enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by Gartner's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
