Executive Sales Coordinator

LC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our sales efforts.
About the Role:This is a long-term, full-time, direct-hire position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritize and organize work, and have a high level of integrity and trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare sales agreements and other sales documents as requested.
- Enter new job orders into the system and take inbound job orders as needed.
- Initiate company compliance steps for new clients and client renewals.
- Build trust relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and sound judgment.
- Use various software to prepare documents, reports, and sales campaign lists.
- Inspect, clean, and update client data in the ATS system.
- Perform market research as requested.
- Schedule travel, meetings, and other client-related functions.
- Facilitate client appreciation and gifts.
- Track and balance receipts using an expense tool.
- Assist with planning and setting up client-focused events.
- Consistent professional appearance.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple projects, and adapt to new and changing situations.
- Ability to work with several different teams.
- High level of integrity and trust, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with tact.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Team player with a positive mental attitude.
- Previous experience in an administrative support and/or marketing role.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and LC Staffing as a company.
- Previous experience using Canva to create/edit graphic files.
