Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Toyota North Charleston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
