Company Overview: Envisioneering, Inc. is a prominent organization seeking a qualified Program Analyst with a robust background in Navy Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) operations. The ideal candidate will engage in a spectrum of financial, technical, and administrative support services, encompassing data analysis, project coordination, budget formulation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with government personnel to oversee and synchronize contracts and ongoing projects, establishing systems for data collection and reporting criteria.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile statistical data for contracts/projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and program compliance.
  • Assist in the formulation and oversight of budgets, monitoring financial commitments and expenditures to meet established benchmarks.
  • Create and manage databases, performing data entry and retrieval, as well as generating comprehensive reports.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate logistics for presenters, ensuring effective communication and follow-up activities.
  • Support the preparation of informational materials, including fact sheets and presentations, while proofreading and editing documents for accuracy.
  • Provide assistance to Program Officers in the planning, management, and oversight of significant RDT&E initiatives.
  • Prepare a variety of reports detailing budget status and forecasts, tracking program expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Ensure accurate charging of program expenses and investigate discrepancies as necessary.
  • Monitor financial reports for contracts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Engage in project planning by reporting on schedules and deliverables.
  • Utilize various software applications, including MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Access, and MS SharePoint, with proficiency.
  • Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial systems is essential, with familiarity in related modules being highly advantageous.
  • Support senior management through organizational assistance and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in government financial systems and grant management, particularly within the Department of Navy or Defense.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects concurrently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business and financial support roles.
  • Recent experience with government financial systems and relevant software applications.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Navy ERP or similar DOD accounting software.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Federal grant management, preferably within the Department of Navy or Defense.
  • Possession of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance is required.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting from an accredited institution.
