New Home Sales Representative

Job Summary
LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to potential buyers and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new homes to potential buyers and meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive sales experience
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sales appointments
- Willingness to obtain an active real estate license
