Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Genetic Analysis Instrument Sales Representative. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our advanced scientific instruments and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Deliver exceptional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our instruments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and happiness.
Requirements
  • Remotely based field sales position with travel requirements of 50-75% across the Boston territory.
  • 3+ years of proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve targets, and exceed expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of scientific instruments and consumables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manages sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking by Salesforce system and other designated IT tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field required.
