Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and happiness.
- Remotely based field sales position with travel requirements of 50-75% across the Boston territory.
- 3+ years of proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve targets, and exceed expectations.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of scientific instruments and consumables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manages sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking by Salesforce system and other designated IT tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field required.
