- Delivering an exceptional service experience that not only meets the expectations of clients but also reflects BankEasy's dedication to the communities we serve.
- Enthusiastically cultivating and sustaining new and existing relationships that are beneficial to the bank while minimizing associated risks. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of sales can enhance this responsibility.
- Executing standard teller duties, which include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and negotiable instruments. Ensuring a balanced cash drawer daily and being vigilant in recognizing and reporting any suspicious activities. Assisting with the daily maintenance of branch equipment, including ATMs.
- Anticipating client needs and recommending solutions that provide personal benefits.
- Becoming knowledgeable about and educating clients on the bank's array of products, services, and processes that cater to both client and community requirements.
- Proactively seeking guidance from the Retail Branch Manager to ensure daily tasks align with organizational objectives. Additionally, fostering relationships and collaborating with colleagues within and outside the Retail division to address client needs.
- Engaging in community activities.
- Adhering to Loan Policies and Guidelines when originating, underwriting, and finalizing consumer and business loans.
- Monitoring and managing both deposit and credit portfolios for quality and potential risks. If necessary, executing collection efforts in accordance with Loan Policies and Guidelines.
- Complying with BankEasy's policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Following compliance protocols and participating in mandatory compliance training and relevant meetings as directed by supervisors.
