Position Summary

We are currently in search of a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager specializing in CRM and Database Marketing. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement initiatives and refining the prospective student journey. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and implementing marketing automation strategies across various brands, utilizing multiple channels to foster consumer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies aimed at enhancing student engagement and loyalty, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including email, text messaging, paid media, and direct mail, to connect with students and elevate their experience.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to align expectations.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives adhere to brand guidelines and comply with best practices concerning student data privacy and security.
  • Analyze student behavior data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement testing programs to continuously enhance marketing automation efforts.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative departments, to launch marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, continuously evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation capacity, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Eloqua.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation technologies, including email, text messaging, paid media, and direct mail.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management abilities, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret student behavior data and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a keen focus on student satisfaction.

Experience Requirements

  • Database Marketing Expertise – 5-7 years of experience in developing customer strategies, segmentation schemes, and integrated marketing campaigns to enhance performance across key funnel stages.
  • Digital Passion – A strong enthusiasm for digital and mobile marketing, with a solid understanding of market testing and analysis best practices.
