We are in search of a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager specializing in CRM and Database Marketing to spearhead our customer engagement initiatives and enhance the prospective student journey. This role involves crafting and implementing marketing automation strategies across various brands, utilizing multiple channels to foster consumer engagement and loyalty.
The successful candidate will execute a comprehensive digital engagement strategy, utilizing marketing technology to align with institutional goals that reflect the mission and values of Adtalem Global Education. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the Marketing Manager will ensure an exceptional customer experience, driving measurable improvements in engagement, enrollment growth, student success, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement marketing automation strategies across diverse brands to enhance student engagement and loyalty, focusing on the healthcare sector.
- Utilize email, text messaging, paid media, and direct mail to connect with students and elevate their experience.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to establish and meet expectations.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with brand guidelines and adhere to best practices regarding student data privacy and security.
- Analyze student behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and execute test-and-learn initiatives to continually refine marketing automation strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative departments, to launch marketing campaigns across various brands.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation capacity, with a strong preference for Eloqua experience.
- Proven project management capabilities, adept at leading cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects across various brands.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation technologies, including email, text, paid media, and direct mail.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting student behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on student satisfaction.
- Database Marketing Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in developing customer strategies, segmentation schemes, and integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing performance across key funnel stages.
- Digital Passion: A profound enthusiasm for digital and mobile marketing, with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of market testing and analysis best practices.
