Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled Marketing Manager specializing in CRM and Database Marketing to spearhead our initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and refining the prospective student journey. This role entails the formulation and implementation of marketing automation strategies across various brands, utilizing diverse channels to bolster consumer interaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to enhance student engagement and loyalty, particularly within the healthcare education sector.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including email, text messaging, paid media, and direct mail, to effectively reach and engage prospective students.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Align all marketing initiatives with brand standards while adhering to best practices regarding student data privacy and security.
  • Analyze student behavior data to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Implement test-and-learn methodologies to continuously refine marketing automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative units, to develop and launch marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties as required, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation capacity, with a strong preference for candidates with Eloqua experience.
  • Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation technologies, including email, text, paid media, and direct mail.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on interpreting student behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on student satisfaction.

Experience and Expertise

  • Database Marketing Expertise – 5-7 years of experience in developing customer strategies, segmentation, and integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing performance across key funnel stages.
  • Digital Passion – A strong enthusiasm for digital and mobile marketing, with a keen analytical mindset and a solid understanding of market testing and analysis best practices.
