PRINT NW is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our dedicated sales team. This role will primarily focus on our promotional merchandise and custom apparel sectors.


As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and establishing PRINT NW as a dependable partner in the industry. A passion for sales and marketing, along with a robust network of contacts, is essential. Comfort with cold calling and engaging with key decision-makers is a must. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to build a meaningful career.


Experience in the promotional products and apparel sector is advantageous. This position will be based at our headquarters and will report directly to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain a pipeline of sales opportunities while following up with prospects.
  • Promptly respond to leads and referrals, including cold outreach.
  • Present and showcase PRINT NW's offerings to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify client needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate potential leads and opportunities to management.
  • Engage with customers regarding product specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to meet marketing support requirements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the promotional products or custom apparel industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
