Office Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Branch Manager I is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring adherence to local policies while promoting the company's objectives and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise office operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and clarity regarding company programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations for personnel, set objectives, and make recommendations regarding hiring, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and achieving marketing goals for new business acquisition.
- Engage with both current and prospective clients to enhance business development and maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in community and civic events to bolster the company's reputation and attract new business opportunities.
- Implement security protocols to protect the facility from fraudulent activities and associated risks.
- Provide financial assistance to businesses and individuals through various loan products.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies regarding the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Maintain alignment of all activities with government regulations and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Associate's degree or equivalent education, along with up to four years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
- Must obtain a valid NMLS number within the first month of employment.
- Completion of annual mandatory SAFE Act training is required.
- Notary Public certification is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Limited Life and A & H licenses is advantageous.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Standard office setting.
- Occasional travel may be required.
