POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and supervise office activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Associate's degree or equivalent education, with up to four years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Must obtain a valid NMLS number within the first month of employment.
  • Completion of annual mandatory SAFE Act training is required.
  • Notary Public certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Limited Life and A & H licenses is advantageous.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Standard office setting.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
