We are a dynamic and expanding parish seeking a full-time Director of Accounting who embodies strong leadership qualities and possesses the ability to innovate within a fast-paced environment.

The Director of Accounting will play a crucial role in supporting the vision of the Pastor and will be an integral part of the parish staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a principal advisor to the Pastor and COO on all financial and operational matters.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and strategies for the parish.
  • Manage budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, administration, and planning processes.
  • Ensure the financial health of the parish while being a responsible steward of the resources entrusted to us.
  • Collaborate with the Pastor, COO, and Parish finance council to align financial practices with diocesan standards.

This leadership role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity and sustainability of our parish community.
