Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Implement and enforce policies within the property management team, promoting a culture of excellence and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the Broker to develop and execute marketing strategies and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Assist in achieving company growth and profit goals, monitoring cost and expense control, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and residents.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records, monitoring for accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, ensuring employees are active and productive, and addressing any issues or grievances promptly.
  • Develop and submit reports to the Broker, maintaining sound business relations with customers, vendors, trade groups, employees, government agencies, and the community.
  • Supervise property inspections, ensuring timely completion and documentation, and maintaining high morale and productivity among staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advances, and improvements, communicating relevant information to staff and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Provide coverage for staff during extended absences, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the company's reputation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of residential property management experience.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Active TX Real Estate License.
  • Experience with property management systems a plus.
  • BA Degree preferred.
