Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing calendars and organizing appointments
  • Facilitating meetings and drafting agendas
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations, including travel itineraries
  • Receiving incoming calls, greeting visitors, and sorting correspondence
  • Preparing reports and communications, maintaining office files, and executing data entry tasks
  • Performing additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
