About the Role

ATS Spec Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the US East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet our clients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
