Job Description

Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Playa Bowls. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, including inventory management, customer service, and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all stores have adequate inventory levels of food and dry goods, and that orders are placed and received in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the stores, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all stores are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
